Our laser cutting system has highly accurate processing made possible by mechanical parts built to micron tolerances, which allows up to hold tight tolerances on parts. Tolerances are typically +/- .005”, but a tolerance of +/- .002” can be achieved depending on the application.

Nesting Software
We use a PC based CAD/CAM software package that enables the user to eliminate numerous, traditional, nonproductive steps in sheet metal process and go to actual production quicker than ever before. The software provides interactive nesting capabilities as well as 2D IGES, DXF and DWG drawing import capability. Automatic profile verification and repair function. Optimized cutting sequence calculation, algorithms for producing high material utilization and automatic tool path and cut strategy are just some of the powerful utilities built into the software.
