At Ad-Vance Magnetics, Inc. we’ve been providing precision machined components for more than 45 years. We offer a wide range of services from assisting with design to prototype production to full scale production runs. We also can perform in house secondary operation such as assembly, deburring, grinding, spot welding and welding just to name a few. We operate with 2 CNC Mills 1 CNC Lathe, and numerous manual mills and lathes which can perform milling, turning, boring, tapping and internal and external threading.
Our new and separate machining facility is equipped with two new Haas CNC Machine Tools. The ST-20 high-performance turning center was designed from the ground up to provide setup flexibility, extreme rigidity and high thermal stability. It features a 15” by 21” maximum capacity.
Our new VF-2 vertical mill is one of the most high-performance mills on the market today. It features 30” by 16” by 20” travels. With a wide range of performance features, and combined with our new turning center, Ad-Vance Magnetics is now even better equipped to handle your custom machining need.
